目的：通过对特殊使用级抗菌药物使用抽查结果分析，为临床规范性使用特殊使用级抗菌药物提供参考意见。方法运用数据软件Excel统计使用品种排名、使用科室分布、处方权限、会诊情况、备案情况，分析存在问题，探讨进一步规范化管理方法。结果专家未会诊175例，会诊63例；未备案230例，备案8例。结论我院特殊使用级抗菌药物使用存在不规范性现象，应进一步强化管理。
목적：통과대특수사용급항균약물사용추사결과분석，위림상규범성사용특수사용급항균약물제공삼고의견。방법운용수거연건Excel통계사용품충배명、사용과실분포、처방권한、회진정황、비안정황，분석존재문제，탐토진일보규범화관리방법。결과전가미회진175례，회진63례；미비안230례，비안8례。결론아원특수사용급항균약물사용존재불규범성현상，응진일보강화관리。
Objective To provide reference for clinical rational use of specialized antibacterial, the situation of the specialized antibacterial agents usage was investigated and analyzed in our hospital.MethodExcel was used for statistical analysis of the varieties ranking of antibacterial agents, distribution of departments, permissions of prescription, situation of consultation and records. Through analyzing the existential questions, the disciplined approach of management should be further explored. Results In the all 238 medical records,175 cases was consultated by experts,63 cases was not consultated,230 cases was for the record and 8 cases was not for the record.ConclusionThere was irregular phenomena in usage of the specialized antibacterial agents in our hospital, and it should strengthen the management of specialized antibacterial agents.
