目的：讨论PTCD术后引流管的护理。方法选择我院行PTCD术患者150例为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组，观察组患者给予综合引流管护理，对照组给予常规护理，对比两组患者的引流管护理情况。结果经过临床护理，观察组胆汁流量过多患者为2例，活动不便患者3例，皮肤红肿患者1例，并发症患者1例，有效护理68例（90.7%）；对照组胆汁流量过多患者6例，活动不便患者5例，皮肤红肿患者4例，并发症患者7例，有效护理患者53例（70.7%）。结论 PTCD术后引流管护理对患者的身体健康具有很大影响，今后应加强对患者的综合引流管护理，减少病痛，促进患者稳步康复。

Objective to discuss PTCD postoperative nursing of drainage tube.Methods our hospital line PTCD surgery patients 150 cases as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group patients give comprehensive drainage tube nursing,the control group given routine nursing care,drainage tube nursing compared two groups of patients.Results through the clinical nursing,the observation group of patients with bile lfow too much for the 2 cases,3 patients with mobility,1 patients with skin irritation,1 patients with complications,effective nursing 68 cases (90.7%).Control group 6 patients with bile lfow too much,inconvenience patients in 5 cases,4 patients with skin irritation,7 patients with complications,53 patients with effective nursing (70.7%).Conclusion PTCD postoperative drainage tube nursing has great effects on the body health,in the future should strengthen the comprehensive drainage tube nursing of patients,reduce pain,steadily promote patients recover.
