高职英语的教学目的主要是培养学生的实用能力，来满足社会中各行业对英语人才的需求。但是，现在的高职英语教育的现状：教学的观念和模式比较落后；课程的设置特点不明显；考核的方式比较落后；以致于不能够满足企业对人才的需求。对此，各高职院校将采取一些措施。本文深入分析了高职英语的现状和高职英语教学模式的建议。

The main aim of higher vocational English teaching is to cultivate the students' practical ability, to meet the needs of various industries for English talents in the society. But now, the current situation of higher vocational English education:teaching concept and mode of relatively backward;Course setting is not obvious;Evaluation modes relatively backward;That will not be able to meet the needs of enterprises for talents. To this, the higher vocational colleges take some measures. This article analyzes the present situation of higher vocational English and Suggestions of higher vocational English teaching mode.
