本文分析了高职院校学生顶岗实习的现存问题及管理现状,为了更好地解决这些问题,笔者运用群体系统模型理论对顶岗实习学生群体进行分析,建构“传、帮、带”的顶岗实习模式。实践表明,本模式可以降低离职率,提高顶岗实习质量,值得研究与推广。
本文分析瞭高職院校學生頂崗實習的現存問題及管理現狀,為瞭更好地解決這些問題,筆者運用群體繫統模型理論對頂崗實習學生群體進行分析,建構“傳、幫、帶”的頂崗實習模式。實踐錶明,本模式可以降低離職率,提高頂崗實習質量,值得研究與推廣。

In this paper, the existing problems and present management situation which appeared in students' internship of higher vocational college are analyzed. In order to solve these problems, the writer used group system model theory to analyze them and construct the"pass, help, lead"model. Practice shows that the turnover rate is lower and exercitation quality can be improved through this model. This model is worthy of research and extension.
