本文通过对主汽温调节对象特性分析,利用Simulink建立变参数动态模型,并考虑了执行机构(汽温调节挡板)的开度与减温水流量非线性关系。对于串级控制、Smith预估控制和预测控制3种控制策略,分别进行仿真研究。最后总结分析各种控制策略的控制效果及建议。

In this paper, the characteristic of main steam temperature is analyzed, and dynamic model with variable parameters is built by using Simulink.Besides, the nonlinear relationship between the actuator ( steam temperature regulation baffle ) opening and desuperheating water flow is taken into consideration. Simulation studies on three kinds of control strategy, including cascade control, Smith prediction control and predictive control, are carried out respectively.Finally, the effectiveness of these control strategies and suggestions are summarized.
