本文提出中长期水电群的电力系统运行模拟模型,使运行模拟能够更精细化地考虑中长期水电群在规划期内的优化运行;通过搭建多场景的模拟仿真技术,实现电力规划的精细化评估与最优决策。在基于多场景和运行模拟技术设计并开发的软件系统中,通过实际的工程项目进行相应的算例分析,验证系统的设计思路和实现方法具有有效性和实用性。

This paper presents a long-term hydropower group simulation model of power system operation, so more careful consideration can be paid to hydropower group optimization run in a long-term planning period.Through building multi-scenario simulation technology, power planning fine evaluation and optimal decision has been achieved.The software system is designed and developed based on multi-scenarios and run simulation technology.Through the analysis of corresponding numerical example in actual projects, the validity and practicality of design ideas and implementation approaches have been verified .
