笔者根据F学院实际工作经历为蓝本，结合实地调研、现场访谈、文献检索等多维度信息资源，通过系统梳理分析，总结归纳出顶岗实习期间的几项工作创新机制。
필자근거F학원실제공작경력위람본，결합실지조연、현장방담、문헌검색등다유도신식자원，통과계통소리분석，총결귀납출정강실습기간적궤항공작창신궤제。
Based on the actual work experience in F, the author combines with field investigation, field interviews, literature retrieval and so on multi-dimensional information resources, comb through the system analysis, summarized the work during the field work of innovation mechanism.
