高职教育产教融合的背景下，高职院校谋求发展必须探索有自身特色、与自身发展相适应的人才培养模式。重庆工商职业学院软件技术专业作为国家骨干高职院校重点建设专业，积极探索与实践产教融合下订单班人才培养模式，由企业主导开发“工作过程系统化”课程，致力于培养学生职业教育课程的基础学力，果断调整师资配置，以校企合作主导范式协同系统的学习为教学组织形式，深化学生实践性活动。
