This paper focuses on the construction of the State Atmospheric Science and Environmental Meteorol -ogy Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology which established the new ideas and scheme for the reform of the center .Aimed at cultivating high quality inno-vative talents, the center carries on a series of measures such as strengthening the construction of the platform and faculty , building a new experiment teaching system characterized by the research feedback teaching to strengthen the students understand and grasp of theoretical teaching and promote the students 'practical abilities and innovation abilities .The reform has attained the expected achievement .
