小组活动能够营造轻松愉快的学习氛围,激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,培养学生用英语进行交际的能力,在高职大学英语课堂被广泛运用。但是由于教师对于小组活动的理论缺乏分析了解,缺乏实践积累,小组形成过于随意,组员分工不明确,教师反馈不够等原因,导致小组成员参与度不高、参与面不广,活动形式单一,小组活动效果不理想。为了达到教学效果,教师应考虑多方面因素分组,合理设计成员任务,全程参与小组活动的各阶段,予以监控并及时干预,对于小组成员及小组表现进行客观评价和反馈。
小組活動能夠營造輕鬆愉快的學習氛圍,激髮學生的學習熱情和興趣,培養學生用英語進行交際的能力,在高職大學英語課堂被廣汎運用。但是由于教師對于小組活動的理論缺乏分析瞭解,缺乏實踐積纍,小組形成過于隨意,組員分工不明確,教師反饋不夠等原因,導緻小組成員參與度不高、參與麵不廣,活動形式單一,小組活動效果不理想。為瞭達到教學效果,教師應攷慮多方麵因素分組,閤理設計成員任務,全程參與小組活動的各階段,予以鑑控併及時榦預,對于小組成員及小組錶現進行客觀評價和反饋。

Group work helps students learn in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, stimulates the enthusiasm and interest to learn English and cultivate the ability to communicate in English. Thus, group work is widely used in vocational College English teaching. But actually instructors don’t know the theories about group work very well and don’t accumulate much experience about group work. Groups are formed in an arbitrary way. Group members don’t have specific assignment. Instructors don’t give feedbacks. As a result, the members don’t make great efforts. Not all the members get involved in the group work. The forms of group work are not diversified. Group work doesn’t produce good results. So instructors should divide the groups considering various factors, design tasks that could be operated effectively, monitor the whole process of group work and provide objective feedback to both group members and groups.
