独立学院作为高等教育不断发展的新产物，是扩大教育资源的有效途径。而大学体育作为独立学院教育工作中的重要组成部分，是促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展的重要手段。对独立学院的体育课程的教育模式进行研究，发现其课程体系中存在的问题，并针对独立院校体育课程体系构建的现状，提出对策与建议，对提高独立院校的体育课程教学质量有着重要的意义。笔者根据现阶段甘肃省独立院校体育课程体系构建的现状，提出几点建设性意见，希望能对甘肃省独立院校的发展有所帮助。
