采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法对云南省5所本科院校中体育学院教师的基本信息进行调查分析,结果表明：云南省高校体育教师年龄以青年为主；女教师占总人数1/3,性别比例适中；学历、职称较低；民族结构以汉族为主；田径、球类运动、体操等现代体育项目占总专项的93%。为云南省高校更好地开展少数民族传统体育的教学提供理论指导。
採用文獻資料法、訪談法、問捲調查法、數理統計等研究方法對雲南省5所本科院校中體育學院教師的基本信息進行調查分析,結果錶明：雲南省高校體育教師年齡以青年為主；女教師佔總人數1/3,性彆比例適中；學歷、職稱較低；民族結構以漢族為主；田徑、毬類運動、體操等現代體育項目佔總專項的93%。為雲南省高校更好地開展少數民族傳統體育的教學提供理論指導。

This article uses the methods of document,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statis-tics to carry out stratified random sampling among Yunnan University of Nationalities,We have concluded that the traditional physical education teachers in colleges and universities are based on youth;female teachers ac-count for one third of the total of people;the sex ratio is moderate;their educational background and profession-al titles are not so high;most of them are the Han nationality;those modern sports like athletics,ball games, gymnastics account for ninty-therepercent of the total of projects and most of teachers are lacking professional training.
