以30名初次参加大众健美操与瑜伽组合练习的女大学生为练习组,并以30名未参加任何运动项目练习的女生为对照组,在10周练习的前后分别对其身体成分、心肺功能、柔韧性、下肢肌肉力量进行测试、对比和分析。结果表明,大众健美操与瑜伽组合练习可以调整女大学生身体成分,提高其心肺功能,增强柔韧性和下肢力量,在女大学生科学健身方面具有积极的作用。
以30名初次參加大衆健美操與瑜伽組閤練習的女大學生為練習組,併以30名未參加任何運動項目練習的女生為對照組,在10週練習的前後分彆對其身體成分、心肺功能、柔韌性、下肢肌肉力量進行測試、對比和分析。結果錶明,大衆健美操與瑜伽組閤練習可以調整女大學生身體成分,提高其心肺功能,增彊柔韌性和下肢力量,在女大學生科學健身方麵具有積極的作用。
이30명초차삼가대음건미조여유가조합연습적녀대학생위연습조,병이30명미삼가임하운동항목연습적녀생위대조조,재10주연습적전후분별대기신체성분、심폐공능、유인성、하지기육역량진행측시、대비화분석。결과표명,대음건미조여유가조합연습가이조정녀대학생신체성분,제고기심폐공능,증강유인성화하지역량,재녀대학생과학건신방면구유적겁적작용。
In this study,30 female students for the first time to participate in a combination of Aerobics and yoga exercises as practice group,30 female students for did not participate in any sport as the control group. Before and after 10 weeks of practice,testing,comparison and analysis of female student’ s body composition, Cardiopulmonary function,flexibility,lower limb muscle strength. The results have shown that,Aerobics and yo-ga combination of exercises can be adjusted the body composition of female students,improved Cardiopulmo-nary function,enhanced flexibility and lower extremity strength has a positive effect in terms of scientific fitness female students.
