采用顶空固相微萃取技术( HS-SPME)提取3种不同制作工艺的铁观音茶中香气成分,用气相色谱-质谱法( GC/MS)从正炒工艺加工的铁观音茶中鉴定出8种化合物,消青工艺加工的铁观音茶中鉴定出7种化合物,拖酸工艺加工的青茶中鉴定出10种化合物。
採用頂空固相微萃取技術( HS-SPME)提取3種不同製作工藝的鐵觀音茶中香氣成分,用氣相色譜-質譜法( GC/MS)從正炒工藝加工的鐵觀音茶中鑒定齣8種化閤物,消青工藝加工的鐵觀音茶中鑒定齣7種化閤物,拖痠工藝加工的青茶中鑒定齣10種化閤物。

Comparative analysis of the aroma components of tieguanyin teas by three different manufacturing process are reported. Using headspace solid phase microextraction technique to extract aroma components of tieguanyin teas by three different manufacturing process. 8 kinds of aroma components are isolated and identi-fied from tieguanyin tea by fried process,7 kinds of aroma components are isolated and identified from tiegua-nyin tea by green elimination process fried process,10 kinds of aroma components are isolated and identified from tieguanyin tea by drag acid process.
