焦炭气孔率是焦炭的重要技术指标,其测定方法已形成国家标准。设计了基于 S7-200PLC 和MCGS触摸屏的焦炭气孔率真空法测定监控系统,介绍了系统的硬件配置、控制策略和设计特点。该系统可靠性高,操作简单,监控方式多样。
焦炭氣孔率是焦炭的重要技術指標,其測定方法已形成國傢標準。設計瞭基于 S7-200PLC 和MCGS觸摸屏的焦炭氣孔率真空法測定鑑控繫統,介紹瞭繫統的硬件配置、控製策略和設計特點。該繫統可靠性高,操作簡單,鑑控方式多樣。

The porosity is an important technology parameter of coke,determination method of the porosity of coke has formed national standard. Monitoring system of determining the porosity of coke by vacuum process based on S7-200PLC and MCGS touchscreen is designed. This paper introduces hardware configuration,control strategy and design feature of the system. The system has high reliability,simple operation and variety monitor mode.
