University libraries are the frontline for inheriting culture. With the meaning and role of library civilization, viewing from the methodology, students' behaviors and thoughts affected by the measures of multiform, multiway and muitiple content were explained in the article, playing a positive role in campus culture construction and inheritance, guiding healthy development of campus culture.
