本文利用亲油化度测试筛选出钛酸酯偶联剂TC-201为纳米TiO2的表面改性剂。研究偶联剂用量、改性时间、改性温度、pH值对纳米TiO2分散时间的影响。采用FTIR、TEM手段表征了纳米TiO2的改性效果。实验结果表明:TC-201以化学键形式与纳米TiO2表面羟基结合。当钛酸酯偶联剂TC-201用量为3.5%,改性时间为60min,改性温度为46℃左右,pH=5.2时,TiO2的分散时间最长,故改性效果最好。

본문이용친유화도측시사선출태산지우련제TC-201위납미TiO2적표면개성제。연구우련제용량、개성시간、개성온도、pH치대납미TiO2분산시간적영향。채용FTIR、TEM수단표정료납미TiO2적개성효과。실험결과표명:TC-201이화학건형식여납미TiO2표면간기결합。당태산지우련제TC-201용량위3.5%,개성시간위60min,개성온도위46℃좌우,pH=5.2시,TiO2적분산시간최장,고개성효과최호。
In this paper, by using the Lipophilic degree test,the titanate coupling agent TC-201 as surface modified agent for the nano-TiO2 was selected. The infiuence facters including the content of coupling agent, modification time, modification temperature and pH value on the dispersion time of nano-TiO2 were studied. The prepared samples were investigated by FTIR and TEM. The rsults showed that when the content of coupling agent was 3.5%,modification time was about 60min, modification temperature was 46℃and pH was 5.2, the dispersion time was the longest,so the effcets of the modified TiO2 was the highest. As chemical bond, TC-201 was combined with hydroxyl groups on the surface of nano- TiO2 particles.
