文库建设是农业科研过程管理的重要手段之一。该文以福建省农业科学院为例，阐述了农业特色复合型文库建设的意义，总结了福建省农科院在农业特色复合型文库构建中的实践经验，分析其存在不足，并针对性地提出对策建议。

The construction of library is one of the important means in the process management of agricultural re-search.Taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this article explains the significances of the construction of agricultural characteristic multi-type libraries,and summarizes the practical experiences from the con-struction of agricultural characteristic multi-type libraries in Fuj ian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the problems of the library construction,and put forward the countermeasures pointedly.
