2011年国家扶贫新标准的实施，标志着我国扶贫开发进入了新阶段。该文在国家扶贫新标准实施的背景下，总结了福建省扶贫开发的历程，分析了国家扶贫新标准下福建相对贫困问题的表现，并通过实证研究探讨了福建省扶贫开发的对策思考。
2011年國傢扶貧新標準的實施，標誌著我國扶貧開髮進入瞭新階段。該文在國傢扶貧新標準實施的揹景下，總結瞭福建省扶貧開髮的歷程，分析瞭國傢扶貧新標準下福建相對貧睏問題的錶現，併通過實證研究探討瞭福建省扶貧開髮的對策思攷。

The implementation of the new standard for the national poverty relief in 2011 marked poverty relief and de-velopment entering the new stage in China.Under the background of the implementation of the new standard for pov-erty relief,this paper summarized the development history of poverty relief and development in Fujian,analyzed the problem manifestation of poverty relief and development.And by using the method of empirical research,the counter-measures of poverty relief and development in Fujian were discussed.
