为解决汽车车门升降玻璃夹缝中落入灰尘颗粒等杂物而导致的玻璃升降器卡滞、卡死的故障，提高乘车的舒适性和玻璃升降器的耐用性，设计一种采用传感器技术、单片机技术、电机驱动技术于一体的闭环控制装置，实现玻璃夹缝除尘装置的自动感应检测和除尘处理控制。运行情况表明，该装置可有效防止灰尘颗粒落入升降玻璃的夹缝里，确保玻璃升降器和玻璃的正常运行，具有操作简单、运行可靠、价格低廉等优点。

To solve the problems of automatic door lifting glass falling into stuck faults caused by dust parti‐cles and other debris catching into the glass cracks lifter, stuck faults, and to improve ride comfort and du‐rability of the glass lifter, a design has been made of closed‐loop control system with the combination of sensor technology, chip technology, motor drive technology to realize automatic sensor detection and dust removal process control in glass cracks dust removal device. T he operation show s that this device can effec‐tively prevent dust particles falling into the cracks in the cracks of lifting glass and ensure normal operation of the lifting glass device and the glass. This design has the advantages of simple operation, reliable run‐ning, and with low cost.
