目的：观察宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术(TCRP)后使用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)预防复发的疗效。方法：回顾性分析本中心85例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料，其中常规组45例，联合组40例。常规组给予常规宫腔镜电切术切除治疗；联合组在行宫腔镜电切术后病理证实为子宫内膜息肉后放置LNG-IUS。记录随诊过程中两组患者复发病例及阴道流血情况。结果：联合组术后3、6、9个月月经量明显少于常规组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗后6、9个月联合组复发例数少于常规组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：对子宫内膜息肉的患者电切术切除后使用LNG-IUS可明显降低复发率。
목적：관찰궁강경자궁내막식육절제술(TCRP)후사용좌결낙잉동궁내완석계통(LNG-IUS)예방복발적료효。방법：회고성분석본중심85례자궁내막식육환자적림상자료，기중상규조45례，연합조40례。상규조급여상규궁강경전절술절제치료；연합조재행궁강경전절술후병리증실위자궁내막식육후방치LNG-IUS。기록수진과정중량조환자복발병례급음도류혈정황。결과：연합조술후3、6、9개월월경량명현소우상규조，량조비교，차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。치료후6、9개월연합조복발례수소우상규조，량조비교，차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론：대자궁내막식육적환자전절술절제후사용LNG-IUS가명현강저복발솔。
Objective:To observe the effect of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system ( LNG-IUS ) on endometrial polyp recurrence after transcervical resection of endometrial polyp, ( TCRP ) . Methods: Clinical data of 85 patients with endometrial polyps were retrospectively analyzed, including 45 cases of the routine group and 40 cases of the combination group. The routine group was given routine hysteroscopic resection, and the combination group was placed LNG-IUS after given hysteroscopic resection with the confirmation of endometrial polyp. Relapse cases and vaginal bleeding situations of both groups in process of follow-up visits were recorded. Results:Vaginal bleeding of combination group was obviously less than routine group after the 3, 6 and 9 months of the operation. And there was statistical difference between these two groups ( P<0.05) . After the treatment of 6 and 9 months, the cases of recurrence in combination group were less than routine group. And there was statistical difference between these two groups ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Using LNG-IUS on patients with endometrial polyp after electrocision could obviously reduce recurrence rate.
