目的:探讨快速血糖测定(速测血糖)在低血糖昏迷院前急救中的应用价值。方法:对2010年1-10月经化州市人民医院急诊科抢救的100例低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中院前经速测血糖明确诊断的50例患者为院前急救组,自行送来经血生化检查明确诊断的50例为对照组。明确诊断后均予应用50% GS 40~60 mL静推,继以10% GS 500 mL静滴。结果:院前急救组低血糖昏迷发病至入急诊室时间、接诊至明确诊断时间、昏迷至应用50% GS时间、应用50% GS至清醒时间均较对照组明显缩短,不良预后发生率明显低于对照组( P<0.05)。结论:速测血糖能及时明确低血糖昏迷的诊断,为院前急救赢得宝贵时间,意义重大。

목적:탐토쾌속혈당측정(속측혈당)재저혈당혼미원전급구중적응용개치。방법:대2010년1-10월경화주시인민의원급진과창구적100례저혈당혼미환자적림상자료진행회고성분석,기중원전경속측혈당명학진단적50례환자위원전급구조,자행송래경혈생화검사명학진단적50례위대조조。명학진단후균여응용50% GS 40~60 mL정추,계이10% GS 500 mL정적。결과:원전급구조저혈당혼미발병지입급진실시간、접진지명학진단시간、혼미지응용50% GS시간、응용50% GS지청성시간균교대조조명현축단,불량예후발생솔명현저우대조조( P<0.05)。결론:속측혈당능급시명학저혈당혼미적진단,위원전급구영득보귀시간,의의중대。
Objective:To investigate the application value of rapid blood glucose measurement of hypoglycemic coma in pre - hospital emergency treatment. Methods: Clinical data of 100 patients with hypoglycemic coma admitted in the Emergency Department of Huazhou People’ s Hospital from January to October in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. 50 cases diagnosed through pre-hospital rapid blood glucose measurement were the pre-hospital care group. And 50 cases diagnosed through blood biochemical detection were the control group. Both groups were applied 50% GS 40~60 mL intravenous injection, followed by 10% GS 500 mL intravenous drip. Results: Pre-hospital care group took less in the time from coma to emergency ward, from clinical reception to diagnosis, from coma to 50% GS, from injection of 50% GS to being conscious as compared to those of the control group. And its poor prognostic incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Rapid blood glucose measurement can timely diagnose hypoglycemic coma, and win precious time for pre-hospital care, which has great significance.
