针对磁力泵滑动轴承磨损发生后易造成隔离套磨穿事故的特点,设计了一种磁力泵滑动轴承磨损实时检测装置。简要介绍磁力泵滑动轴承磨损实时检测装置的工作原理,并对该检测装置零件设计进行了技术说明,最后对该装置实时监测的可行性进行了理论分析。分析表明该监测装置能够有效满足实时监测的设计要求,对提高磁力泵运行可靠性,减少工业事故的发生有着一定的实际意义。
針對磁力泵滑動軸承磨損髮生後易造成隔離套磨穿事故的特點,設計瞭一種磁力泵滑動軸承磨損實時檢測裝置。簡要介紹磁力泵滑動軸承磨損實時檢測裝置的工作原理,併對該檢測裝置零件設計進行瞭技術說明,最後對該裝置實時鑑測的可行性進行瞭理論分析。分析錶明該鑑測裝置能夠有效滿足實時鑑測的設計要求,對提高磁力泵運行可靠性,減少工業事故的髮生有著一定的實際意義。

A wear monitoring equipment of magnetic pump sliding bearing was designed because that the isolation sleeve was easy to wear out. The operating principle of monitoring equipment was explained , the technical note and the feasibility were analyzed .The analysis showed that the monitoring device could effectively meet the design requirements which could improve the operation reliability of magnetic pump and reduce industrial accidents.
