目的：探讨关节镜下盘状半月板成形术治疗膝关节外侧盘状半月板的方法与疗效。方法：在本科关节镜下治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤32例，其中行部分切除成形术28例，次全切除术4例。采用Ikeuchi膝关节评分系统评估手术疗效。结果：术后随访12~24个月，平均16.3个月，优20例，良9例，可3例，优良率90.62％，无并发症发生。结论：关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤具有损伤小、恢复快、疗效确切等优点，是目前盘状半月板损伤的理想治疗方法。
목적：탐토관절경하반상반월판성형술치료슬관절외측반상반월판적방법여료효。방법：재본과관절경하치료슬관절반상반월판손상32례，기중행부분절제성형술28례，차전절제술4례。채용Ikeuchi슬관절평분계통평고수술료효。결과：술후수방12~24개월，평균16.3개월，우20례，량9례，가3례，우량솔90.62％，무병발증발생。결론：관절경치료슬관절반상반월판손상구유손상소、회복쾌、료효학절등우점，시목전반상반월판손상적이상치료방법。
Objective:To investigate the method and effect of arthroscopic reshaping for discoid meniscus in the treatment of lateral knee joint discoid meniscus injury. Methods: 32 cases with knee joint discoid meniscus injury were selected, and treated with arthroscope, including 28 cases with partial resection, 4 cases with sub-total resection. The effect of the operation was evaluated by Ikeuchi knee joint scoring system. Results: The postoperative follow-up of the patients was 12~24 months, an average of 16. 3 months. There were 20 excellent cases , 9 good cases, and 3 general cases. The good rate was 90. 62% and all cases had no complications. Conclusion:Owing to the advantages of small operators trauma, quick recovery, and high-accuracy, etc., the using of arthroscope on knee joint discoid meniscus injury is an ideal therapy.
