目的:通过分析2013年分离的286株铜绿假单胞菌对16种抗菌药物的耐药情况,明确Ⅰ类整合子在铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药中所起的作用。方法采用纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验,并以聚合酶链反应(PCR)进行Ⅰ类整合子的检测,用χ2检验对Ⅰ类整合子携带率与铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药的相关性进行统计学分析。结果在分离出的286株细菌中,检出Ⅰ类整合子89株,检出率为31.1%;Ⅰ类整合子阳性株对多种抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于整合子阴性株。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况严重,Ⅰ类整合子是铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药的重要因素。

목적:통과분석2013년분리적286주동록가단포균대16충항균약물적내약정황,명학Ⅰ류정합자재동록가단포균다중내약중소기적작용。방법채용지편확산법진행약물민감시험,병이취합매련반응(PCR)진행Ⅰ류정합자적검측,용χ2검험대Ⅰ류정합자휴대솔여동록가단포균다중내약적상관성진행통계학분석。결과재분리출적286주세균중,검출Ⅰ류정합자89주,검출솔위31.1%;Ⅰ류정합자양성주대다충항균약물적내약솔명현고우정합자음성주。결론동록가단포균적내약정황엄중,Ⅰ류정합자시동록가단포균다중내약적중요인소。
Objective To clarify the role of class Ⅰ integron in multi‐drug resistance of Pseudomonas aerugi‐nosa by analyzing the resistance situation of 286 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from our hospital in 2013 to 16 kinds of antibacterial drugs .Methods The drug susceptibility test was performed by the K‐B test .The class Ⅰintegron gene was detected by PCR .The correlation between the class Ⅰ integron carrying rate and multi‐drug resist‐ance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was statistically analyzed with chi‐square test .Results In isolated 286 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,89 strains were the class Ⅰ integron with the detection rate of 31 .1% ;the resistance rate to various antimicrobial agents in class Ⅰ integron‐positive strains was significantly higher than that in integron‐neg‐ative strains .Conclusion The drug resistance situation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa is serious .The classⅠ integron is an important factor in multi‐drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa .
