Strengthening and improving the campus network culture construction and management in universities is the occupation of network ideological and cultural position in the new period. Strengthening network culture atmosphere and effectively improving the ideological and political education in colleges is to promote the healthy growth of college students. The problem which every college education workers must think is that how to guide contemporary college students with the use of the network service function and do a good job of network culture in colleges and ideological and political education.
