文章通过对新升本科地方院校的植物形态解剖教学实践探索，总结了在教学中的一些新教学方法和强化学生操作技能的手段，利用数码互动实验室、使用多媒体教学、改革考核方式和采用新鲜的实验材料，可以大大提升学生植物学实验技能和强化实验操作能力。

After research on the teaching practice of plant morphology and anatomy in the newly upgraded Colleges. We found some new teaching methods and skills to strengthen the students' operation for example, the use of digital interactive laboratory, the use of multimedia teaching, the reform of examination mode and using fresh material can significantly im-prove the effect of experiment.
