本文基于全国及中国23个省市纺织产业的数据，测度了2003—2012年间中国纺织产业的 More 结构值变动情况，并通过引入产业结构超前系数这一指标，探讨了中国传统支柱产业———纺织产业的产业结构变动情况。结果表明，2003年以来中国纺织产业产业结构调整逐步平稳展开。从全国范围的分析来看，纺织业依然占据主导地位，但是所占比重有所下降，而纺织服装鞋帽制造业发展势头良好；对23个省市的分析显示，中国多个省市纺织服装鞋帽制造业、皮革毛皮羽毛绒及其制品业发展势头良好，这表明了未来中国纺织产业朝着高附加值的方向发展，也表明中国纺织产业的产业结构调整遵循了产业结构演化的一般规律。通过整体规划布局，进一步促进中国纺织产业产业结构的优化升级；通过协调各省市之间的发展，避免产业相似度过高、产能过剩等。

In this paper,changes of More in China’s textile industry has been studied,based on 23 provinces from 2003 to 2012,and the future of textile industry structure has been explored with the industrial advance coefficient.The re-sult shows that since 2003,the industrial restructuring of China’s textile industry has stably evolved.The textile industry is still dominant,but the proportion has declined,while the Manufacture of Textile Wearing Apparel,Footware and Caps has good momentum of development;Manufacture of Textile Wearing Apparel,Footware and Caps and Manufacture of Leather, Fur,Feather and Related Products have a good momentum of development in plurality of provinces.It indicates that China’ s textile industry is developing towards high value-added,and the industrial restructuring follows the general rules of indus-trial structure evolution.Therefore,an overall plan should be formulated to promote the optimization and upgrading of in-dustrial structure and development should be coordinated between provinces,to avoide high industrial similarity and overca-pacity.
