    顶岗实习是五年制高职院校实践教学体系中非常重要的教学环节。在分析当前顶岗实习现状和存在问题的基础上，借鉴过程管理的理论，对顶岗实习从四个方面进行按理和控制，并对提高顶岗实习质量提出了建议。

    Internship is a very important part in five-year vocational college practice teaching system. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of internships, the theoretical learning process management for internships was reason-ably and controlled from four aspects, and to improve the quality of internships proposed.
