2011年,原铁道部有关部门委托中铁大桥局对1992年发布的《铁路钢桥高强度螺栓连接施工规定》( TBJ 214-92)进行修订,课题组在对多座大型铁路钢桥高强度螺栓施工情况调研的基础上,结合现代钢桥建设的发展,对现行铁路行业标准的条文进行梳理,其中对铁路钢桥中高强度螺栓的制造工艺、延迟断裂、质量检查、配套标准、栓焊混用连接、施拧方法及工具设备等问题予以探讨,对拟修订的相关内容进行解析,以期加深对标准的理解和正确使用。
2011年,原鐵道部有關部門委託中鐵大橋跼對1992年髮佈的《鐵路鋼橋高彊度螺栓連接施工規定》( TBJ 214-92)進行脩訂,課題組在對多座大型鐵路鋼橋高彊度螺栓施工情況調研的基礎上,結閤現代鋼橋建設的髮展,對現行鐵路行業標準的條文進行梳理,其中對鐵路鋼橋中高彊度螺栓的製造工藝、延遲斷裂、質量檢查、配套標準、栓銲混用連接、施擰方法及工具設備等問題予以探討,對擬脩訂的相關內容進行解析,以期加深對標準的理解和正確使用。
2011년,원철도부유관부문위탁중철대교국대1992년발포적《철로강교고강도라전련접시공규정》( TBJ 214-92)진행수정,과제조재대다좌대형철로강교고강도라전시공정황조연적기출상,결합현대강교건설적발전,대현행철로행업표준적조문진행소리,기중대철로강교중고강도라전적제조공예、연지단렬、질량검사、배투표준、전한혼용련접、시녕방법급공구설비등문제여이탐토,대의수정적상관내용진행해석,이기가심대표준적리해화정학사용。
In 2011 , the concerned department of former Ministry of Railways authorized MBEC to revise Regulations for High Strength Bolts Construction of Railway Steel Bridge ( TBJ 214-92 ) which was issued in 1992 . On the basis of the investigation and research on high strength bolts connection of several large railway steel bridges, and in view of the development of modern steel bridge construction, the research group reviewed the provisions of the current railway standards and conducted extensive investigations into such issues as manufacturing process, delayed fracture, quality inspection, associated standards, the joint with combined bolts and welds, tightening methods, tools and equipment involved in the construction of railway steel bridge to benefit the revision and application.
