建立一种桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道纵向力学模型,取消部分区段的扣件纵向阻力以模拟维护作业对轨道和桥梁受力的影响。利用所建力学模型对一座80 m+128 m+80 m大跨度连续梁桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道松开扣件进行线路维护作业的纵向力变化进行分析,结果发现:钢轨纵向力最大变化值为64.82 kN,相当于轨温变化3.38℃产生的温度力;底座板纵向力最大变化值为52.75 kN;剪力齿槽和桥梁固定支座的纵向力变化均在20 kN以下。松开扣件维护作业对钢轨、底座板、剪力齿槽和固定支座的强度影响可承受,按现行《高速铁路无砟轨道线路维修规则》对大跨度连续梁桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道松开扣件进行维护作业是可行的。
建立一種橋上CRTSⅡ型闆式無砟軌道縱嚮力學模型,取消部分區段的釦件縱嚮阻力以模擬維護作業對軌道和橋樑受力的影響。利用所建力學模型對一座80 m+128 m+80 m大跨度連續樑橋上CRTSⅡ型闆式無砟軌道鬆開釦件進行線路維護作業的縱嚮力變化進行分析,結果髮現:鋼軌縱嚮力最大變化值為64.82 kN,相噹于軌溫變化3.38℃產生的溫度力;底座闆縱嚮力最大變化值為52.75 kN;剪力齒槽和橋樑固定支座的縱嚮力變化均在20 kN以下。鬆開釦件維護作業對鋼軌、底座闆、剪力齒槽和固定支座的彊度影響可承受,按現行《高速鐵路無砟軌道線路維脩規則》對大跨度連續樑橋上CRTSⅡ型闆式無砟軌道鬆開釦件進行維護作業是可行的。

A longitudinal mechanical model of CRTSⅡ slab track on the bridge is set up to simulate the effects of track maintenance operation on the stress of the track and bridge by eliminating fasteners'longitudinal resistance in some track sections. The longitudinal stress changes of CRTSⅡ slab track and 80 m+128 m+80 m long span continuous beam bridge with fasteners loosed for maintenance operation are analyzed with the model. The results show that the maximal rail longitudinal stress change is 64. 82 kN, equaling to its temperature stress caused by 3. 38℃ change. The maximal longitudinal foundation plate stress change is 52. 75 kN. The Longitudinal stress changes of shear alveolar and fixed support are both smaller than 20 kN. The effects of track maintenance with loosed fasteners on the strength of the rail, foundation plate, shear alveolar and fixed support are acceptable. Therefore, it is feasible to loose fasteners and conduct track maintenance on CRTSⅡ slab track on long span continuous beam bridge according to current Regulations for High-speed Railway Ballastless Track Maintenance.
