在把握国内相关研究成果之后，结合长江经济带目前的发展状况，阐述了长江经济带一体化发展的制约因素，揭示一体化协同发展的内在机理，探索有效推进一体化发展的路径。从增强区域各省份一体化发展意识，打破各自为界的发展模式，实现区域内经济圈协同发展、产业整合与优化、一体化管理体制建立、中心城市集聚与辐射带动，提升长江水运承载力，拓展公路铁路运载力等方面给出对策，促进长江经济带一体化联动发展。

The paper, based on the related domestic research and combining with the present developing state of the Yangtze River Economic Area, expounds the restriction factors, reveals the inner mechanism of the linkage development, and explores the effective measures to promote the development of the area. The measures presented concerning the promotion of the integrated development of the Yangtze River are: promotion of regional integration development consciousness, realization of coordinated development, industrial integration and optimization, establishment of the integrated management system, central city radial concentration and radiation, improvement of bearing capacity of the Yangtze River transportation, enhancing the railway and road transport force.
