OTT业务的迅猛发展对基础电信运营商的传统业务带来了剧烈冲击。在综合分析OTT业务的基础上将OTT业务划分为综合通信类和内容服务类，并从产业链的角度对OTT业务进行了分析，然后从移动通信产业链、终端制造产业链和内容服务产业链的整合角度出发，提出了运营商应对OTT业务冲击的发展策略建议。
OTT業務的迅猛髮展對基礎電信運營商的傳統業務帶來瞭劇烈遲擊。在綜閤分析OTT業務的基礎上將OTT業務劃分為綜閤通信類和內容服務類，併從產業鏈的角度對OTT業務進行瞭分析，然後從移動通信產業鏈、終耑製造產業鏈和內容服務產業鏈的整閤角度齣髮，提齣瞭運營商應對OTT業務遲擊的髮展策略建議。

As the rapid development of OTT business, it brings violent impact to traditional business of basic telecom operators. In this paper, we divided OTT business into integrated communications class and content service class base on integrated analysis of the OTT business, and analysis the OTT business based on the perspective of industry chain, then give some strategy advice response the impact of OTT business from the integration angle of mobile communications industry chain, terminal manufacturing industry chain and content service industry chain.
