利用微波对煤矸石进行活化改性,制备出吸附性能优良的吸附剂作为负载复合菌群的载体;采用先吸附,再用戊二醛交联固定的复合固定化技术,制备生物负载净水石,用于对黑龙江科技大学生活污水的处理。运用XRD、红外光谱、SEM、COD、氨氮等分析检测手段,对载体的制备、生物负载、生活污水的净化效果等过程进行分析。实验结果表明,在500 W微波条件下活化的煤矸石负载微生物菌群制得的净水石,COD值降低率为88.03%,重金属离子Zn2+去除率为91.92%。
