泡沫玻璃属于多孔性轻质保温材料,广泛应用于建筑工业上。以膨胀珍珠岩和碎玻璃为主要原料,采用正交实验设计的方法,通过外加剂的添加,研究了制备过程中原材料用量、外加剂掺量、发泡温度及发泡时间对膨胀珍珠岩泡沫玻璃抗折、抗压强度、孔隙率、吸水率等物理性能参数的影响,制备了性能较好的膨胀珍珠岩泡沫玻璃。
泡沫玻璃屬于多孔性輕質保溫材料,廣汎應用于建築工業上。以膨脹珍珠巖和碎玻璃為主要原料,採用正交實驗設計的方法,通過外加劑的添加,研究瞭製備過程中原材料用量、外加劑摻量、髮泡溫度及髮泡時間對膨脹珍珠巖泡沫玻璃抗摺、抗壓彊度、孔隙率、吸水率等物理性能參數的影響,製備瞭性能較好的膨脹珍珠巖泡沫玻璃。

Foam glass is the porous lightweight thermal insulation material, which is widely used in architecture industry. Adopting the method of orthogonal experimental design, with expanded perlite and broken glass as the main raw material, through adding admixtures, the affect of the usage of raw material and dosage of admixture, foaming temperature and foaming time on the physical property parameters is studied, such as the expanded perlite foam glass lfexural, compressive strength, porosity, water absorption rate and so on. And the better expanded perlite foam glass was prepared successfully.
