利用60 Co-γ辐射降解无氧条件有机磷农药乙酰甲胺磷( Acephate)的稀水溶液,研究了不同吸收剂量下的乙酰甲胺磷稀水溶液辐照前后的毒性变化;采用高效液相色谱( HPLC)和离子色谱( IC)对降解产物进行了分析。结合溶液毒性、降解率和生成的无机离子浓度变化等,比较了两种无氧气氛的降解效果。
利用60 Co-γ輻射降解無氧條件有機燐農藥乙酰甲胺燐( Acephate)的稀水溶液,研究瞭不同吸收劑量下的乙酰甲胺燐稀水溶液輻照前後的毒性變化;採用高效液相色譜( HPLC)和離子色譜( IC)對降解產物進行瞭分析。結閤溶液毒性、降解率和生成的無機離子濃度變化等,比較瞭兩種無氧氣氛的降解效果。
이용60 Co-γ복사강해무양조건유궤린농약을선갑알린( Acephate)적희수용액,연구료불동흡수제량하적을선갑알린희수용액복조전후적독성변화;채용고효액상색보( HPLC)화리자색보( IC)대강해산물진행료분석。결합용액독성、강해솔화생성적무궤리자농도변화등,비교료량충무양기분적강해효과。
The degradation of Acephate,in N2 and N2 O saturated aqueous solution was studied by 60 Co-γ irradiation. At the aura of N2 and N2 O saturated with different absorbed dose,the inhibition ratio of acetyl cholinesterase( AChE) was measured to investigate the toxicity of Acephate solutions before and after irradiation. The degradation products were analyzed by HPLC and IC. The degra-dation degree of Acephate,the concentration of generated inorganic ions and the toxicity of solutions,in the two kinds of aura were compared.
