人体血清中甲胎蛋白( AFP)含量已作为肝癌检测的重要指标,快速而准确地检测血清中的AFP含量对肝癌的早期诊断和预后都有极为重要的作用。传统的酶联免疫法存在分析时间长、前处理繁琐等不利因素。利用免疫技术与电化学检测技术结合起来的电化学免疫传感器,由于具有操作简单、灵敏度高、特异性强及成本低等特点,而得到广泛关注。本文将根据所采用的不同检测方式及修饰材料等方面对近年来电化学免疫传感器检测AFP的研究与应用进行评述,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
人體血清中甲胎蛋白( AFP)含量已作為肝癌檢測的重要指標,快速而準確地檢測血清中的AFP含量對肝癌的早期診斷和預後都有極為重要的作用。傳統的酶聯免疫法存在分析時間長、前處理繁瑣等不利因素。利用免疫技術與電化學檢測技術結閤起來的電化學免疫傳感器,由于具有操作簡單、靈敏度高、特異性彊及成本低等特點,而得到廣汎關註。本文將根據所採用的不同檢測方式及脩飾材料等方麵對近年來電化學免疫傳感器檢測AFP的研究與應用進行評述,併對其髮展趨勢進行瞭展望。

The content of alpha-fetoprotein( AFP) in human serum has been used as the important indicator for the diagnosis of liver cancer,so the quick and accurate determination of AFP in serum plays a very important role in the early diagnosis and prognosis of liver cancer. The traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) have the disadvantages of long analysis time,complicated pretreatment. Electrochemical biosensor based on the combination of immunological technique and electrochemical detection tech-nique,have the advantages of simple treatment,high sensitivity,strong specificity and low cost,have received vigorous attention. In This paper,the recent advance of electrochemical biosensor for detection of AFP have been reviewed according to different signal ac-quisition modes and modified materials,and the prospect of electrochemical biosensor for AFP has also been forecasted.
