以邻氯苯甲腈和对甲基苯硼酸为原料,绿色溶剂水和PEG400为混合溶剂,经Suzuki偶联反应合成了沙坦联苯(2-氰基-4′-甲基联苯)。目标化合物经1 H NMR、13 C NMR表征。考察了反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响,研究了目标产物的分离纯化,分离产率63%,纯度99.3%( HPLC)。
以鄰氯苯甲腈和對甲基苯硼痠為原料,綠色溶劑水和PEG400為混閤溶劑,經Suzuki偶聯反應閤成瞭沙坦聯苯(2-氰基-4′-甲基聯苯)。目標化閤物經1 H NMR、13 C NMR錶徵。攷察瞭反應溫度、反應時間對反應的影響,研究瞭目標產物的分離純化,分離產率63%,純度99.3%( HPLC)。

H2O/PEG400 was used as the co-solvent,sartanbiphenyl(2-cyano-4′-methylbiphenyl)was synthesized via Suzuki cross-coupling reaction using 2-chlorobenzonitrile and 4-methylphenylboronic acid as starting material. The target compound was charac-terized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR. The effects of temperature and time on the reaction were investigated. The purification of the tar-get compound was studied. The separate yield of 63%and the HPLC purity of 99. 3%were obtained.
