图书馆内知识共享的过程就是隐性知识向显性知识转化的过程，图书馆要通过加强知识管理，创造学习型图书馆，建立知识传播渠道，使知识成为图书馆的财富，从而达到提高图书馆核心能力的目的。介绍了知识及知识共享的内涵，阐述了图书馆核心能力的特征，基于知识共享的视角，提出了图书馆核心能力的培育途径。

The process of knowledge sharing in the library is the process from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. The library should create learning-type library and establish knowledge dissemination channel through strengthening the knowledge management, making the knowledge become library’s wealth, and and thus achieving the purpose of improving library’s core competence. This paper introduces the connotation of the knowledge and knowledge sharing, expounds the features of library’s core competence, and based on the perspective of knowledge sharing, puts forward some paths for the cultivation of library’s core competence.
