The reduction of dissertation quality affects to a certain extent the training quality of university students in China. This paper probes into some countermeasures that should be taken by the subject branch library in improving the dissertation quality, which include constructing a comparatively complete subject literature resources guarantee system, deepening and expanding the service means, and constantly improving the professional literacy of the personnel in subject branch library.
