以2个基础生命医学课题为检索内容，以PubMed数据库检索结果为基础，调查了福建医科大学图书馆与医学相关的5个外文数据库的全文获取情况，对比分析了各数字资源在实际检索课题下的全文获取率的差异，为评估各数字资源的实际利用率提供了新的思路。

Taking two basic life medical subjects as the retrieval contents, and based on the retrieval results of PubMed database, this paper carries out an investigation on full text accessing situation of five foreign language databases related to the medicine in the library of Fujian Medical University, compares and analyzes the difference of full text accessing ratio of each digital resource under actual retrieval subjects, providing some new ideas for evaluating the actual utilization ratio of each digital resource.
