研究了在不同行业企业知识位势下知识获取方式对技术创新的影响。通过对生物医药、计算机、半导体和软件行业四类行业的特征分析，以及对西安市高新区252家高技术企业的调查研究及回归分析表明：知识的不同获取方式都对技术创新有重要影响，但是在知识储备较宽的行业企业中，企业的内部知识共享比外部市场获取知识更有利于企业技术创新的产生；在知识储备较深的行业企业中，企业的外部市场获取比内部知识共享知识更有利于企业技术创新的产生。

This paper mainly studied in Different Levels industry Enterprises of knowledge potential, the existing enterprise knowledge base and knowledge acquisition methods on the influence of the technology innovation. First we systematic analy-sis of the reasons for the difference caused by different industries innovation and its impact on knowledge acquisition, and then through the biological medicine, computer, semiconductors and software industry analysis of characteristics of four types of industry, Survey data from high technology companies in xian high-tech zone 252 demonstrate that the effects of know-ledge breadth and depth are contingent on market knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing in opposite ways. In particu-lar, a firm with abroad knowledge base is more likely to achieve technology innovation in the presence of internal know-ledge sharing rather than market knowledge acquisition. In contrast, a firm with a deep knowledge base is more capable of developing technology innovation through market knowledge acquisition rather than internal knowledge sharing.
