为研究聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜和聚酯(PET)薄膜材料在变压器油中电热老化过程中的耐电性能,采用芳香纤维绝缘纸作为对比材料,通过比较3种材料分别在变压器油中90℃、110℃以及130℃下电热老化300天过程中的工频击穿电压和局部放电起始电压的变化规律,并结合扫描电镜试验进行分析。结果表明:在电热老化过程中,聚碳酸酯和聚酯薄膜的综合耐电性能优于芳香纤维绝缘纸,其中聚碳酸酯薄膜性能最优,为未来油浸式变压器选择绝缘材料提供了参考依据。
為研究聚碳痠酯(PC)薄膜和聚酯(PET)薄膜材料在變壓器油中電熱老化過程中的耐電性能,採用芳香纖維絕緣紙作為對比材料,通過比較3種材料分彆在變壓器油中90℃、110℃以及130℃下電熱老化300天過程中的工頻擊穿電壓和跼部放電起始電壓的變化規律,併結閤掃描電鏡試驗進行分析。結果錶明:在電熱老化過程中,聚碳痠酯和聚酯薄膜的綜閤耐電性能優于芳香纖維絕緣紙,其中聚碳痠酯薄膜性能最優,為未來油浸式變壓器選擇絕緣材料提供瞭參攷依據。

To study the withstand voltage characteristics of polycarbonate(PC) and polyester(PET) film ma-terials after electrical-thermal ageing in transformer oil, we compared the change rule of power frequency breakdown voltage and partial discharge inception voltage of the insulating paper, PC and PET film after electrical-thermal ageing for 300 days in transformer oil at 90 ℃, 110 ℃, and 130 ℃ respectively, and their surface micro-morphology were anlyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the withstand voltage characteristics of the PC and PET film are better than that of the insulation paper in the electrical-thermal ageing process, and the properties of the PC film is the best, which provides refer-ence to select the insulating material for oil-immersed power transformer.
