高校学生党员是学校的佼佼者，是祖国社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，在新的历史时期，要始终坚持以十八大精神为指导，加强对大学生党员的培养，永葆先进。当前大学生党员队伍总体上是优秀的，但是或多或少也存在偏差与不足，尤其是党员的先进性不够突出，那么如何创新和完善学生基层党组织的教育管理模式，如何构建长效机制保持高校学生党员的先进性尤为重要。
