根据国家七年制医学教育目标和思想，分析七年制培养模式的优劣势，在七年制学生病理学双语教学中采用基于能力培养的教学模式，从理论教学、实验教学和考核方法三方面入手进行教学改革，极大地提高了七年制学生的科研能力、专业英语能力和临床实践能力。

According to the goals and concepts of national seven-year medical education, after analyzing the advantages and disadvan-tages of seven-year training mode, a competency-based teaching mode is adopted in the pathology bilingual teaching of seven-year edu-cation. Reforms have been introduced into theory teaching, experiment teaching and assessment method, greatly enhancing the research capacity, professional English skills and clinical practice ability of the seven-year students.
