随着互联网技术在远程教育中的广泛应用，以传统纸介考试为主的开放教育考试考核管理模式也在不断发生变革。为适应开放大学的办学需求，通过分析目前开放教育考试改革现状，结合统设课程开展基于网络的课程考试考核改革工作经验，提出了关于省开课程开展预约考试的一些见解，以期对促进未来河北开放大学内涵建设，提升学校办学实力有所助益。

With the wide application of Internet technology in distance education, the traditional paper-based exams Open Education examination and assessment management changes occur constantly. To meet the Open University school needs, through analysis of the current open education status examination reform, combined with the system set up courses conducted based on examination and assessment reform work experience program networks, presented on the province to open the cour-se to carry out scheduled examination of some of the ideas in order to promote the future of Hebei open University connota-tion construction, improve the school's strength helpful.
