The scale of college graduates expand every year, facing increasingly severe employment situation, should strengthen the role of the teacher in the daily management of the class, the importance of students' education and career guid-ance, through a variety of ways and means efforts to improve student employability and competitiveness enable students to successful employment after graduation, in order to enhance the school for the first time and end the employment rate, and ultimately promote the healthy development of the school.
