研制了一种高速铁路动车组运行状态监测系统。该监测系统包括安装于轨道上的测试单元、数据采集单元及评判分析软件等。其工作原理是应用轨道上的测试单元连续测得动车组通过时的轮轨力,根据轮轨力分析动车组的运行状态及车轮伤损状况。本文介绍该监测系统的技术方案及关键部件的设计与开发。该监测系统在兰新二线大风专项试验中得以应用及验证,并为兰新二线动车组在大风条件下的运行状态提供了重要的试验数据。

A running state monitoring system of high speed railway EM U was introduced in this paper,which includes the testing devices on the track,data acquisition devices and evaluation analysis software. T his monitoring system can analyze running state and w heel defects of EM U by consecutive w heel-rail force acquired from testing devices on the track when high speed railway EM U passing through. T he technical scheme and key parts design and development were presented,which have been applied and verified in the gale special test of Lanzhou-Xinjiang No. 2 railway line,and provide important experiment data for EM U running state in windy conditions.
