目的：通过对抗菌药物专项整治前后我院呼吸科抗菌药物使用情况的统计分析，调查我院呼吸科抗菌药物临床应用情况，促进临床抗菌药物的合理使用。方法：按照《全国抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》的要求，利用我院药学部的合理用药系统软件对2012—2013年我院呼吸科抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、接受抗菌药物治疗住院患者微生物检验样本送检率等指标进行统计分析。结果：我院呼吸科门诊抗菌药物使用率由2012年的平均24.65%下降为2013年的平均19.54%；住院抗菌药物使用率由2012年的平均79.99%下降为2013年的平均68.84%；抗菌药物使用强度由2012年的平均204.66下降为2013年的平均140.45；微生物检验样本送检率由2012年的平均44.41%上升为2013年的平均73.59%。结论：抗菌药物专项整治在我院2012—2013年度效果显著，通过合理用药检测系统，发挥临床药师作用，促进临床抗菌药物的合理应用。
목적：통과대항균약물전항정치전후아원호흡과항균약물사용정황적통계분석，조사아원호흡과항균약물림상응용정황，촉진림상항균약물적합리사용。방법：안조《전국항균약물림상응용전항정치활동방안》적요구，이용아원약학부적합리용약계통연건대2012—2013년아원호흡과항균약물사용솔、항균약물사용강도、접수항균약물치료주원환자미생물검험양본송검솔등지표진행통계분석。결과：아원호흡과문진항균약물사용솔유2012년적평균24.65%하강위2013년적평균19.54%；주원항균약물사용솔유2012년적평균79.99%하강위2013년적평균68.84%；항균약물사용강도유2012년적평균204.66하강위2013년적평균140.45；미생물검험양본송검솔유2012년적평균44.41%상승위2013년적평균73.59%。결론：항균약물전항정치재아원2012—2013년도효과현저，통과합리용약검측계통，발휘림상약사작용，촉진림상항균약물적합리응용。
Objective:According to the statistical analysis of the use of antibacterial in respiratory department of our hospital before and after the special rectification activity, investigating the clinical application of antibiotics in respiratory department of our hospital, promoting the rational use of clinical antimicrobial drugs. Methods: In accordance with the requirement of The Clinical Application Of Antibacterial Drugs Special Rectification Activities, statistical analysis the use rate, intensity of use antibacterial drugs, microbial test sample submission rate and so on in respiratory department of our hospital by using the software of rational use of drugs in our hospital pharmacy department system from 2012 to 2013. Results: The use rate of antibiotics in respiratory department of our hospital fell to an average of 19.54%in 2013 from the average of 24.65%in 2012, the usage of antibacterial drugs in hospital fell to an average of 68.84% in 2013 from the average of 79.99% in 2012, the intensity of use antibacterial drugs fell to an average of 140.45 in 2013 from the average of 204.66 in 2012, microbial test sample submission rate fell to an average of 73.59% in 2013 from the average of 44.41% in 2012. Conclusion: Specific rectifications of antibiotics achieved great success in our hospital from 2012 to 2013. Through the monitoring system for rational administration of drugs in our hospital , playing the effect of clinical pharmacists , promoting the rational use of antibiotics.
