由于既有铁路隧道空间有限、空气流动不畅,导致铁路隧道有砟轨道道床在进行清筛作业时施工环境粉尘大、能见度低,严重危害施工人员的身体健康,并影响施工质量和作业效率。鉴于此,以煤粉作为道砟污土进行饱和吸水率试验和筛分试验,探讨清筛作业时合理的洒水量和洒水时间。结果表明:洒水量取道床中所含煤粉质量的15%较为合适;为保证水分能被煤粉充分吸收且不因洒水提前时间过长造成水分大量蒸发,提前1d洒水抑制粉尘及清筛的效果最好。

Limited space and poor air flow of existing railway tunnels often lead to large amounts of environmental dust and low visibility during mechanical cleaning operation of railway tunnel ballast track bed,which damages the health of construction personnel and affects construction quality and work efficiency. By taking the coal as ballast polluted soil,the saturated absorption test and sieving test were made,and the reasonable amounts of watering and spraying scheme were discussed. T he results showed that the watering amount should be 15% of coal quality in ballast bed,the effect of dustfall by spraying and mechanical cleaning before 1 d is best,which ensures that water can be fully absorbed by coal and a large number of water evaporation caused by long preset time of spraying should be avoided.
